I am Alex Savage, 26yrs old and currently live in Surrey, United Kingdom. I attended my first motor race in 1993 at Brands Hatch. Moving on quickly and 1994 was when I started to take photos with my dads camera.

In 2004 I upgraded my camera to the Nikon series with a Nikkor 300mm lense. Its first outing was Brands Hatch for the Touring Car and then soon after, the European GP. Nowadays I like to attend a couple of GP's, Touring Car races and other motorsport events that I have an interest in aswell as going to the odd test session in Spain for winter Formula One testing. I can gain acreditation for certain events at certain circuits (namely in Spain and Silverstone). My kit has now includes an extra Nikon body aswell as various Sigma lenses.

Motorsport is my main interest but I have also taken fullsize aircraft photos as I live near Farnborough Airfield.
